Lathrop GPM’s San Jose office is located in the Letitia Building in the heart of San Jose’s historic district and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places, dating back to 1889. The building was named after the daughter of California’s First Governor Letitia Ryland Burnett who also was the architect, C.T. Ryland’s wife, and features timeless and classical architecture, and a three-story atrium. Remarkably, the building’s upper floors were vacant from the late 1920s until it was remodeled into offices and retail uses in 2000 and has been the firm’s San Jose home since. The San Jose office provides a full spectrum of legal services across the intellectual property, litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, banking and transactional disciplines.
