Roger Liu has a broad base of experience handling all phases of private and public construction. He routinely represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, engaging in a vast spectrum of issues including contract review, bid protests, construction claims including scope of work changes, impact and delay assessment, mechanics’ liens, stop notice and bond claims, and defect cases. A former prosecutor, Roger has a significant trial background that he utilizes in his current practice.
