Kevin Hill represents tenants and landlords with office, retail and other commercial leases throughout California. He also represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, and developers and investors in joint ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he represented clients in matters such as $13 billion of securities offerings and $4 billion in M&A transactions. Kevin also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert C. Jones at the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and he is a CPA (inactive).
