Peter Nissly represents clients in commercial, real estate and probate litigation matters, including those with trust and estate, contract and trade secret disputes.

In the commercial context, Peter’s practice focuses on those with contract claims, fraud claims as well as other business tort matters. Peter has also represented real estate developers in both complex contract claims and easement disputes.

In addition, Peter was co-chair of the E-Discovery Committee and a member of the Sustainability Committee of legacy firm, Hopkins Carley.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter was an associate at Ellenberg & Hull. After law school, he served as an extern at the Sixth District Court of Appeal for Justice Bamattre-Manoukian and as a Graduate Fellow at the Northern California Innocence Project.

I understand that the disputes we handle for our clients are critically important to them. I work hard on focusing on the issues that matter to bring the best results possible for clients on their terms.
