Ashley Parsons focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution, drawing on her experience as a former Deputy District Attorney to provide clients with strategic counsel in complex legal matters. Her background prosecuting criminal cases has equipped her with strong courtroom skills and a practical understanding of litigation strategy from investigation through trial.

During her tenure with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, Ashley successfully managed a caseload of more than 200 misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. She conducted 10 jury trials and more than 60 preliminary hearings, developing her ability to analyze evidence, prepare compelling arguments and advocate effectively before judges and juries. Her experience negotiating resolutions and arguing motions across a wide range of legal issues has strengthened her ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions that align with her clients’ objectives.

Ashley’s approach to client service emphasizes clear communication and practical problem-solving. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their business goals and develops litigation strategies designed to protect their interests while minimizing disruption to their operations.

Prior to her role with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, Ashley served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Kevin Emas at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, where she conducted legal research and drafted a published opinion on foreclosure proceedings. She also gained valuable transactional experience as a law clerk at MasTec, where she reviewed construction contracts, commercial leases and non-disclosure agreements.

Ashley earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review and was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. She received her B.S. in Education, magna cum laude, from Ohio State University.

Outside of her practice, Ashley enjoys exploring the San Francisco Bay Area’s culinary offerings and staying active in the community.
