Areas of Focus

Experience

  • In California state court, obtained a court order to assign assets that wound up in a decedent’s estate to the decedent’s living trust and was able to avoid a lengthy and expensive probate process for client.
  • Worked with a client who owned a 30 percent interest in California real property with her siblings. Developed a strategy utilizing a California LLC to avoid reassessment of the property as a result her death. This planning ultimately helped the family to avoid a sale on client’s death and to benefit future generations.
