Jennifer Mispagel’s practice focuses on advanced wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, including founders, executives and those with substantial real estate holdings. Jennifer adeptly navigates intricate family dynamics to resolve the legal and tax complexities that families encounter while implementing sophisticated succession and wealth preservation planning.

In her estate planning practice, Jennifer collaborates with clients to define and achieve their legacy objectives, including the drafting of estate planning documents and establishing entity structures. Jennifer also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and estate administrations, including the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and trust accountings.

Drawing on her prior experience litigating trust, estate and divorce disputes, Jennifer is keenly aware of the need to guard against the potential for litigation when working with clients to formulate their estate plans and while navigating the trust administration process.
