Prior to joining the firm, Gueverly practiced at a California law firm where she worked on matters involving real property disputes, employment‑related issues, landlord‑tenant matters and other civil disputes affecting both individuals and entities. Her experience also includes work with the Marin County District Attorney’s Office, the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and a nonprofit immigration organization, providing her with exposure to complex legal issues, statutory frameworks and litigation processes in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Evette D. Pennypacker, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of judicial reasoning and procedural practice.
