Lynn Humphreys represents clients in trademark and copyright matters, including clearance, U.S. and international prosecution, licensing and enforcement.

Lynn’s practice focuses on helping individuals and companies of varying sizes identify and protect their trademark and copyright assets. Having worked in-house at a publicly traded company for nearly five years, Lynn brings a practical, cost-effective and business-centered approach to her advice and counseling.

In addition to prosecution and portfolio management, Lynn has successfully represented clients in trademark oppositions in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Dispute Resolution Procedure (“UDRP”) actions. She also advises clients on corporate due diligence, licensing, sweepstakes and contest matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was Senior Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property for Tailored Brands and Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster.
