Seasoned Seyfarth Attorney Barri Friedland Joins Lathrop GPM

LOS ANGELES (Feb. 18, 2021) — Lathrop GPM welcomes Barri Friedland to the firm as Counsel in the Los Angeles office. Friedland joins the Labor, Employment & Higher Education Practice Group, and further expands the firm’s growing presence in California.

Friedland’s practice focuses on employment defense and litigation, with an emphasis on disability, gender and age discrimination. She represents employers of all sizes, in a variety of industries, in wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment cases. Friedland is well versed in Title VII, the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.

Friedland received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, MBA from Claremont Graduate University and B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
