Associate Lu Li Joins Lathrop GPM Business Transactions Group and Minneapolis Office
MINNEAPOLIS (May 17, 2023) – Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce Lu Li has joined the firm as an associate in the Business Transactions Practice Group and Minneapolis office.
Li has experience working with corporate clients of all sizes, from startup companies to multinational enterprises. Her background in finance and understanding of the business side of transactions will be an added benefit to clients.
Previously she has been part of the Lathrop GPM Summer Associate Program and a former law clerk with the firm. Li was also selected for the Hennepin County Bar Association's 1L Minority Clerkship program, where she clerked for Judge Charlene W. Hatcher at the Hennepin County District Court.
Li is a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota Law School, with a concentration in business law. She earned her M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester in 2017 and her B.A. in Finance from the South China University of Technology in 2016.
