Kent Sellers Named to Missouri Power List for Appellate Law
(KANSAS CITY) March 3, 2022 — Lathrop GPM Senior Counsel Kent Sellers was named to the Missouri Lawyers Media "Power List" for 2022 in recognition of his appellate work. This is the second consecutive year Sellers has been named to the list.
Sellers has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex legal disputes, including contracts and business torts, employment discrimination and civil rights, insurance coverage, ERISA, receiverships, director and officer liability, class actions, federal preemption and tribal court jurisdiction. He has prepared briefs and argued cases before various federal and state appellate courts, including submission of amicus briefs.
Sellers has also been named among The Best Lawyers in America® since 2008 and was named the Kansas City, Mo. Appellate Practice “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in 2013 and 2020.
