Join us for the firm's 23rd Annual Health Law Seminar on July 25, 2019. This full-day seminar will address current issues and recent developments in health law. Highlights include a panel on False Claims Act trends, with front-line perspectives from seasoned Gray Plant Mooty white collar defense attorneys Greg Merz and Eric Yaffe, along with qui tam attorney Susan M. Coler. In addition, the firm's attorneys will join Carla Borda from Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting to discuss insurance issues for health care providers, including coverage options in the areas of billing and reimbursement, privacy and fraud, and abuse.
