Kevin R. Graff

Kevin is a Franchise & Distribution Associate who assists clients in asset acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts and franchise matters.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Kevin was a transactional attorney, where he assisted clients in drafting franchise disclosure documents, franchise and development agreements and all other applicable governing documents.

Kevin was a law clerk at a law firm in Chicago, where he focused on catastrophic loss, products liability, and insurance subrogation. Kevin also interned with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Before law school, Kevin was a Detective for the Cook County Sheriff’s Police Department where he was detailed to the FBI Financial Crimes and Public Corruption Task Force. During his time with the FBI, Kevin participated in numerous federal investigations that allowed him to tackle complex financial and fraud related investigations.
