As a former Title IX Coordinator of a faith-based institution, Diane Padilla brings a unique perspective to her legal practice. She has extensive experience conducting Title IX investigations and racial discrimination allegations as well as creating equitable policies and procedures. Diane also has several years of experience investigating and responding to EEO charges at a large, financial institution. She also managed large, class-action race discrimination litigation.
Prior to Diane’s career in Title IX and Title IV, she practiced as an immigration attorney for 10 years, including serving as an asylum officer, adjudicating asylum cases, for the federal government.
