Aristotle A. Butler
Aristotle Butler is an associate attorney in the Business Transactions group. Aristotle’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, and he has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in the U.S. and throughout the world. In addition to M&A transactions, his practice focuses on advising clients in connection with a broad range of business and corporate law matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, commercial legal matters, joint ventures, private equity investments, and statutory matters under Missouri, Minnesota, and Delaware corporate law.
Aristotle also regularly represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of various commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, services agreements, and management agreements.
Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Aristotle was an associate attorney at an Am Law 100 firm.
