Tom Ryan Honored as KVC Everyday Hero

Kansas City, Mo. (October 20, 2010) -- Tom Ryan (Environmental - Kansas City) has been chosen as one of KVC Health Systems' 40 Everyday Heroes and will be honored at a celebration on October 21. Ryan is being honored for his support of KVC, both individually and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Prime Health Foundation. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, KVC Health Systems is recognizing and honoring 40 Heroes who have truly made a difference. Other KVC Heroes include Senator Bob Dole, the Hall Family Foundation and Bonnie and Jerry Kelly, co-founders of Silpada Designs.

KVC is a private not-for-profit organization providing a continuum of medical and behavioral healthcare, education and social services to children and families. It provides a wide array of services for children and families throughout the state including foster care, adoption, outpatient and inpatient behavioral health care.
