Loren Hansen Named 2014 Minnesota Lawyer Up & Coming Attorney
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (July 7, 2014) — The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to share that Minneapolis associate Loren Hansen has been named a 2014 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer. The annual listing honors attorneys who distinguish themselves in their first 10 years of practice.
The Up & Coming Attorney criteria for selection are professional accomplishment, leadership service to the community, and the profession or achievement as in house counsel. Minnesota Lawyer’s editorial staff selected the honorees based on nominations from law firms, legal associations, previous award recipients, and other members of the state bar. Minnesota Lawyer will publish a special section in mid-July with the complete list of 2014 “Up & Coming Attorneys” honorees, and will host a celebration for the honorees on September 9, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Minneapolis.
Loren Hansen is an associate in Gray Plant Mooty’s Intellectual Property, Technology, & Privacy practice group. He has a fast-growing practice focused on patent infringement and intellectual property enforcement, and has worked with clients in industries including agribusiness, manufacturing, oilfield services, health insurance, television services, optical signal processing, and data storage. In addition to Loren’s law practice, he believes it is imperative to remain involved in the community and to give back through volunteering and pro bono service.
