Justin Sallis Named to Lawyers of Color's 2014 Hot List

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (June 30, 2014) — Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that attorney Justin Sallis has been named to the Lawyers of Color (LOC) 2014 Hot List, which recognizes early- to mid-career minority attorneys working as in-house counsel, government attorneys, and law firm associates and partners. Honorees will be profiled in LOC’s Hot List 2014 issue and honored at a reception on July 22. The Honorable George J. Hazel, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, will offer remarks at the event.

Lawyers of Color was initially founded as On Being A Black Lawyer but now also produces publications for lawyers of South Asian American, Pacific Asian American, Hispanic, and Native American heritage. LOC produces e-newsletters, events, and social media platforms to engage legal professionals and promote the causes and contributions of minority attorneys.

Sallis is based out of Gray Plant Mooty’s Washington, DC office. His practice encompasses all aspects of franchise law including franchise litigation, contract disputes, franchise disputes, and commercial litigation. He works with clients ranging from small employers to public entities and international corporations.
