As a principal, he brings more than 40 years of experience working with clients in a wide range of industries and varying in size from small businesses to multinational Fortune 500 corporations.

Keller assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation, contracts, financing, license agreements, securities, and employment matters. He regularly serves as Special Master for the United States District Court in matters regarding complex corporate litigation and is heavily involved in community organizations around the Twin Cities and nationwide.
