GPM Attorney Maisa Frank Named LCLD Fellow for 2017
MINNEAPOLIS (March 3, 2017) — The law firm of Gray Plant Mooty is pleased to announce that attorney Maisa Frank has been selected for the 2017 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a national organization committed to creating a diverse legal profession.
Frank, an associate based out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, joins a class of more than 250 attorneys from around the country who have been selected as LCLD Fellows for 2017—the largest class of LCLD Fellows in the organization’s history. She focuses her litigation practice around general commercial, franchise, and intellectual property litigation.
According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 240 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners. The organization has trained more than 800 mid-career attorneys since its inception.
Frank, a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and Carleton College, has been recognized as a “Washington, D.C. Rising Star” by Super Lawyers since 2013. She is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, as well as a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of the Greater Washington, D.C. Area.
