Bernie Rhodes Serves as Panelist on Online Journalism and the Law
Member Bernie Rhodes (Kansas City - Business Litigation) will present at the Kansas Press Association's panel discussion titled "Online Comments and Blogs: What Does the Law Have to Say?" on April 12, 2008 at the Courtyard by Marriott in Junction City, Kan. The discussion will be part of the organization's annual convention.
Mr. Rhodes' experience includes more than 20 years of litigating complex business and commercial disputes throughout the United States, including a wide-ranging experience in all phases of media law and communications law for print, broadcast, cable and media throughout the Midwest. He is also a member of the firm's Intellectual Property practice area.
Mike Kautsch, University of Kansas Law School, will moderate the discussion.
