Stephen Sutton Named to 2023 POWER List for Construction Law
KANSAS CITY, MO (December 15, 2023) – Lathrop GPM Senior Counsel Stephen Sutton was named to the Missouri Lawyers Media "POWER List" for Construction Law.
The "Power List – Construction Law" features the most powerful attorneys in construction law in Missouri as identified by Missouri Lawyer Media. The list is based on published appellate cases, interviews with attorneys and other leaders around the state, and the archives of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
Sutton has been involved in legal issues on projects including the Fairfax automotive assembly plant in Kansas City, Kansas, the MetroLink light rail system in St. Louis, a West Virginia federal prison construction project and a Colorado highway project. He is a member of the ABA’s Fidelity & Surety Law Committee and its Forum on the Construction Industry, The Missouri Bar’s construction law committee and KCMBA’s commercial law committee.
