Lathrop GPM LLP Achieves Mansfield Diversity Certification

KANSAS CITY, MO — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year the law firm has achieved Large Firm 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification administered by Diversity Lab.
This distinction certifies that Lathrop GPM aims to track, measure and achieve diversity in law firm leadership. Lathrop GPM is among the first 100 firms to achieve this recognition in the U.S. and Canada. This certification signifies that the law firm has at least 30% women lawyers, lawyers from underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, lawyers with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ lawyers in top leadership roles, senior-level lateral hiring, promotions into the equity partnership, and participation in client pitch meetings.
