Lathrop GPM Represents Massman Companies in Its Acquisition of Ultra Packaging
Massman Companies, a worldwide leader in packaging machinery, acquired Ultra Packaging, an automated cartoning machine designer, for an undisclosed amount.
Massman provides a full line of automated packaging equipment including pouch filling, unscrambling, capping, case packing, shrink wrapping, palletizing and liquid filling solutions. Massman provides customized bottling and packaging equipment from bottle to tote containers across a variety of industrial, food, beverage, OTC pharma, and consumer products applications.
Ultra Packaging is a privately held company and a leading designer of robust vertical and horizontal automated cartoning machines, which serve the food, personal care, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. These machines are high speed continuous motion machines in multiple configurations, from manual load to fully robotic loading.
