Bryan Minier Elected to Firm’s Executive Committee


Partner Bryan Minier has been elected as the newest member of the Lathrop GPM Executive Committee, effective July 1. Members of the Executive Committee serve three-year terms, with the opportunity to serve up-to two terms.  

Miner is Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Chicago office and a member of its Financial Services Practice Group. He is also Co-Chair of Lathrop GPM’s Culture, Diversity & Inclusion committee and previously served two terms on the firm’s Nominating Committee, two terms on the Partner Compensation Committee, and a term on the Professional Responsibility Committee. Miner focuses his practice on corporate reorganizations, creditors rights, and bankruptcy matters.

The other members of the Executive Committee are Jennifer Reedstrom Bishop, Chris Carlisle, Mara Cohara, Jennifer Debrow, Jay Felton, Cameron Garrison, Rosie McNamara, Patrick McRorie, Ryan Palmer, and Brian Trinque.
