Two Lathrop GPM Partners Named 2022 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers
(January 26, 2020) – Lathrop GPM Partners Wendi Alper-Pressman and Dorraine Larison are named among the 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers by Lawdragon in its annual list. The list recognizes those who are skilled in financing, structuring and litigating, based on nominations, research and vetting by a board of peer attorneys and clients.
Alper-Pressman, a partner based in St. Louis, Missouri, has more than thirty-five years of experience representing financial institutions and businesses of all sizes in loan workouts, restructurings, forbearance agreements, bankruptcy proceedings and enforcement actions. Alper-Pressman serves on the Board of the Risk Management Association of St. Louis, is member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
Larison, a partner based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy law and debtor/creditor law, including commercial financing, creditors’ rights, and creditor bankruptcy matters. Larison works with banks and other creditors, assisting her clients with the many facets of their businesses. In addition, Larison was instrumental in establishing the firm’s outstate Minnesota debtor/creditor clinics with various legal aid entities. She is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyer’s Central Minnesota Chapter and Minnesota State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law section and Pro Bono Committee.
