Two Associates Join Lathrop GPM in Minneapolis and Denver
(December 21, 2021) – Associates Blake DeRosier and Eric Litow join Lathrop GPM. DeRoiser is based in Minneapolis and is a member of the Insurance Recovery & Counseling Practice Group. Litow is based in Denver and is a member of the Business Transactions Practice Group, focusing in the area of Energy Law.
DeRosier comes from a mid-size firm in Minneapolis, where he represented insurance carriers in all phases of complex coverage litigation and defended their policyholders against liability claims. He also counseled insurance carriers in the investigation and deterrence of healthcare fraud schemes. Prior to that, he was a Judicial Clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He graduated from William Mitchell College of Law summa cum laude in May 2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Litow worked at a boutique law firm in Denver where he prepared drilling and division order title opinions. Litow previously represented financial advisors in FINRA arbitration and worked as an e-discovery attorney. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2012.
