Emily Kiser Joins Lathrop Gage as an Associate
ST. LOUIS (March 26, 2012) – Emily Kiser has joined Lathrop Gage LLP as an associate the firm has announced. She will concentrate her practice in business litigation and will be located in the firm’s St. Louis office.
Kiser has experience in bankruptcy, commercial litigation and real estate litigation, including loan enforcement, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, real estate and title disputes and mechanic’s liens. She frequently represents financial institutions in breach of contract and asset protection matters. She also has experience advising lenders, contractors and home owners handling property related matters and prosecuting quiet title and reformation actions.
Kiser received her bachelor of arts in political science and her bachelor of science in public relations from the University of Florida. She received her juris doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law.
