Litigation & Dispute Resolution Partner Brian Dillon was quoted in the Star Tribune article “Court Hears Arguments in Redistricting Case Before Release of New State Maps” about Jan. 4 oral arguments in a Minnesota case asking a special five-judge panel to intervene and create new state legislative redistricting maps. Brian and Associate Amy Erickson represent a group of plaintiff-intervenors in the pro bono matter that seeks to ensure historically underrepresented BIPOC communities will be adequately represented in the process. A ruling in the case is expected on Feb. 15.
