Real Estate & Tax Credit Partner David Waters authored a chapter titled “Deeds” in the Kansas Bar Association handbook, Kansas Real Estate Practice and Procedure, Sixth Edition. David’s 45-page chapter in the revised 2021 edition will enable lawyers and other deed drafters to identify and satisfy the various requirements for creating a valid and enforceable deed, challenge or defend the creation or effectiveness of deeds, and comply with modern recording standards.
