Casey C. Breese
Casey Breese represents business and individual clients in complex commercial and civil litigation before state and federal courts. While Casey has a broad litigation background, he now focuses his experience and drive for results on trusts and estates litigation. Casey handles disputes concerning wills, trusts, probate fiduciaries, guardianship, and conservatorships.
Casey’s business litigation experience includes litigating and arbitrating a wide array of disputes involving oil and gas, mineral rights, real estate, construction law, corporate law, and condemnation. Casey has been involved in a variety of aspects of numerous multimillion-dollar contractual lawsuits, including taking and defending depositions, contentious motion practice, and pursuing settlement. He has represented numerous lien claimants facing non-payment for various types of services provided, at times navigating the bankruptcy process for his clients. He has prosecuted numerous debtors on behalf of a financing company, resulting in multiple substantial collection recoveries. Casey has also secured a successful trial verdict on behalf of a landlord in a tenancy dispute.
Casey’s true passion for the law lies in finding successful results for clients in a manner that is both expedient and cost-effective. While Casey is comfortable in contentious litigious proceedings, he approaches each client issue with a pragmatic view to find creative solutions and reach a desirable resolution.
