Brooke F. Robbins
Brooke Robbins works in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, representing and advising clients on a variety of litigation matters. She has experience assisting clients throughout the complex litigation process, from drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and court appearances. Brooke has experience representing franchisors in disputes with franchisees and customers related to terminations and violations of franchise agreements, vicarious liability, and other disputes. Brooke uses her training and experience in communications to deliver clear, concise advice to her clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Brooke worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark J. Kappelhoff in the Hennepin County District Court, Juvenile Division, where she drafted orders for child protection and delinquency matters. Brooke also participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2019.
Before law school, Brooke worked as a marketing and administrative assistant and legislative coordinator for a Minneapolis law firm, and in marketing and communications with an automotive dealer group.
