Abigail Zeller

Abigail Zeller is an Intellectual Property attorney in the firm's St. Louis office, who focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters. Abby provides strategic counsel to clients across many industries regarding global trademark portfolio management, and opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

Abby additionally has significant experience performing extensive domestic and international trademark searches, clearing proposed trademarks, investigating domain names for UDRP proceedings, and reviewing license and settlement agreements. In addition to these focus areas, she has worked with major corporate clients on brand development and global filling strategies to maximize brand protection.
