Ricki Malekyar is a paralegal who supports corporate and real estate clients in transactional matters. Her experience on corporate matters includes mergers and acquisitions support, entity formation and governance. She also has significant experience with tax-exempt financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and private activity bonds.
Ricki prepares financing documents and supports analysis of the tax-exempt status of bond financings, including review of use of proceeds, private business use considerations and other compliance factors under federal tax law.
