For more than 40 years, W. Terrence (Terry) Kilroy has been a trusted advisor in labor law. Terry’s practice covers a comprehensive range of subjects, including:

  • NLRB matters
  • Management-union relationships
  • Union campaigns and 
  • Collective bargaining

Since early 2000, Terry has served as lead negotiator in more than 70 labor negotiations, and has served as labor counsel for numerous national and major Kansas City companies.

Terry advises clients in the health care, manufacturing, transportation and food industries and his experience also includes Equal Employment Opportunity litigation, wrongful discharge litigation, labor law, drug testing, employer negligence, disability discrimination and accommodation, occupational safety and health (OSHA), AIDS, polygraphs, and employees’ privacy rights.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Terry was a shareholder at another Kansas City-area law firm where he focused on similar matters.
