MINNEAPOLIS (May 18, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Partners Jennifer Reedstrom Bishop, Sheryl Morrison and Mark Williamson have been named to the 2026 Minnesota Legal 250 list.

Published by Minnesota Lawyer, the Minnesota Legal 250 special section celebrates the professionals who lead and influence various parts of the Minnesota legal community. The publication features 250 people across 17 categories. The editorial staff selects honorees based on prior news reporting, submitted nominations and consultation with trusted legal sources.

Bishop was recognized in the Health and Nonprofit category. She regularly advises physicians, hospitals, clinics and other health care entities on navigating the complex health care regulatory environment. Bishop also provides advice on strategic partnerships, joint ventures, affiliations, medical staff matters, contracting and tax-exemption matters.

Morrison is a partner in the firm’s Private Client Services group and also was recognized in the Nonprofit & Philanthropy category. She guides individual clients in estate and wealth planning, including transfer tax strategies, business succession planning and complex estate and trust management. She also advises nonprofits nationally on charitable giving and gift management challenges.

Williamson serves as practice group leader for the firm’s Business Transactions practice group and was recognized in the M&A category. He predominantly represents buyers and sellers of businesses in corporate transactions, guiding  clients through the intricacies of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings and leveraged buyouts.
