(December 1, 2025) — Lathrop GPM represented Pacific Lawn Sprinklers in its acquisition by Evive Brands, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company. The deal was announced on November 5, 2025.
A premier irrigation and outdoor services franchisor, Pacific Lawn Sprinklers was founded in 1980 by the Dellafiora brothers in Queens, New York. The company is now a nationally recognized brand serving more than 57,000 customers across 10 states each year. It offers installation and maintenance of residential and commercial irrigation systems, along with draining solutions, maintenance programs, and landscape and holiday lighting.
Joining Evive Brands allows Pacific Lawn Sprinklers to reach new markets, strengthen its franchise support and expand service to customers while retaining its culture of high-quality service.
North Point Advisors, led by Margaret (Meg) Montague and Gerren Fung, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pacific Lawn Sprinklers for the transaction.
