Kim Sparrer advises clients in a variety of corporate and real estate transactions. Kim represents individuals, investors, start-ups and established companies across a broad range of industries in an array of corporate transactions including entity formation, general corporate governance, investment matters and mergers and acquisitions. Kim also advises clients on real estate transactions including purchase and sale and leasing.

Kim has assisted in the representation of early stage companies and investors in formation of start-up ventures, equity and debt financings, secondary sales, investments in limited partnerships, securities law compliance, Corporate Transparency Act compliance and general corporate governance matters. Kim has also assisted in the representation of buyers and sellers in a multitude of transactions ranging in size. Kim’s real estate practice primarily focuses on purchase and sale transactions as well as lease review.

Kim seeks to assist clients with identifying and solving their business and legal issues in an efficient, creative and collaborative manner. She provides practical, thoughtful advice to assist clients in structuring, negotiating and closing transactions effectively and efficiently. Kim’s practice also includes providing day-to-day counseling to high net worth individuals, companies and investors on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters.
