Lisa J. Hansen
Lisa Hansen handles all aspects of federal income taxation, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate reorganization, partnership and limited liability company issues and issues affecting charitable and other tax-exempt organizations. She deals on a regular basis with state income, franchise and sales and tax issues, including litigation before administrative bodies in Missouri and Kansas. Lisa advises clients with respect to transactions which qualify for federal and state low-income housing and/or historic rehabilitation tax credits and new market tax credits. She previously served as an adjunct instructor in business law for the Bloch School of Business, University of Missouri-Kansas City.
