Alex Shtraym

Alex Shtraym helps businesses create strategic advantages by protecting valuable intellectual property. He has worked with executives and product design teams to obtain patents, to maintain patent portfolios, to protect trademarks and to avoid or minimize exposure to the intellectual property rights of others. Alex has represented clients in various phases of both prosecution and litigation.

Alex's services include identification and forensic analysis of intellectual property, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, trademark registration applications and copyright registration applications, preparing and negotiating a range of agreements, including licenses, assignment agreements and litigation. He works closely with in-house counsel, business leaders and inventors to evaluate new innovations and implement domestic and foreign patent strategies. Alex routinely conducts examiner interviews and responds to Office Actions with amendments and arguments to advance prosecution through issuance.

Alex has worked with clients locally, nationally and internationally in many different industries and technologies including:
