Rhett Buchmiller is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City office who focuses his practice on assisting clients in reorganization and bankruptcy matters. Rhett works with debtors, financial institutions, corporate creditors, receivers and trustees, creditor’s committees, insurance carriers, and purchasers of assets in Chapter 11 cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Rhett served as an intern for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, where he worked closely with attorneys on active files and cases regarding Missouri’s worker’s compensation law.
