Brandi Lawler is an attorney in the firm’s Minneapolis office who focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate law. She serves as corporate counsel for small businesses and has experience with large, public corporations.

Before joining Lathrop GPM, Brandi practiced at a Minnesota-based firm where she focused on corporate law and energy, as well as in the international corporate group of a multinational firm. While earning her J.D., Brandi was a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Donovan W. Frank of the Federal District Court – District of Minnesota. In addition to her legal experience, Brandi worked for a multinational consumer electronic retailer as a statistical demand forecast analyst and has an in-depth knowledge of the minerals mining industry gained through her on-going pursuit of a Ph.D. in Economic Geology.
