Lathrop GPM Represents Endpoints News in Its Partnership With the Financial Times
Endpoints News signed a deal with the Financial Times on Friday, March 31, 2023 in which the Financial Times acquired a majority interest in Endpoints News.
Endpoints News is an online-based news organization, focused on the biopharma industry. The acquisition helps expand UK-based the Financial Times’ readership in the U.S.
Lathrop GPM first began working with Endpoints News in 2021 on an unrelated matter, led by Partner Bernard Rhodes. Endpoints News again reached out to Lathrop GPM for assistance in preparing to sell a majority stake in the business. The Lathrop GPM team was led by Partner Michael Adrian and included Partners Kyle Hertel, Tedrick Housh, Gregory Kuhn, and Jill Waldman, Counsels Julie Matthews and Patricia Garringer-Strickland, and Paralegals Lisa Loree, and Cindy Peterson.
