KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 7, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Emily Cantwell has been appointed as the newest member of the firm’s Executive Committee, which was effective July 1. Members of the Executive Committee serve three-year terms, with the opportunity to serve up to two terms.
Emily currently serves as Partner in Charge of the firm’s St. Louis office and brings a wealth of leadership experience and community engagement to her new role. Cantwell is a litigator whose practice focuses on business litigation, specifically commercial, banking, real estate litigation and employment. She has been a dedicated member of the firm’s leadership team, consistently demonstrating a “firm-first” mindset and a deep commitment to Lathrop GPM’s success. In addition to her firm leadership, Emily has served on the board of directors of the Women’s Foundation of Greater St. Louis for the past five years, reflecting her passion for community impact and inclusion.
