Key Diversity Fellowship & Recruitment Programs:
- 1L Diversity Opportunity Program: Aimed at historically underrepresented groups, offering a stipend of up to $20,000 for first-year law students who join and return to our firm.
- Minnesota Urban Debate League Fellowship: High school students gain firsthand legal experience and attend a debate camp, fostering future leaders.
- Cristo Rey Program: Provides economically disadvantaged students with corporate work experience to support their education.
