Roselyn Arnold is a litigation paralegal with over 20 years’ experience. As a member of the Environmental & Tort practice group, she primarily focuses on product liability, toxic tort, nuisance, and environmental matters, including multiparty lawsuits and class actions. She is particularly adept at project managing complex, document-intensive matters.
Roselyn serves as an integral member of various litigation teams, where her daily work includes analyzing and summarizing discovery responses and third-party documents; coordinating materials for expert witnesses; overseeing and maintaining case files for large-scale litigation; preparing outlines and compiling documents in advance of depositions and hearings; and assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions and other court filings. Additionally, she has extensive experience preparing and organizing service of subpoenas in local and foreign jurisdictions. Roselyn frequently assists various litigation teams in conducting background investigations and locating and interviewing fact and expert witnesses. She also acquires medical and employment documentation, analyzes medical records, and prepares chronologies.
Roselyn is responsible for maintaining litigation databases and managing paper and electronic case materials throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting and editing pleadings, conducting factual research, and summarizing legal documents, files and medical records. She is also experienced with designing and coordinating web-based document repositories to manage complex document reviews and productions, and is proficient in various litigation support platforms.
Roselyn has assisted at multiple trials, where she has prepared trial exhibits, coordinated witnesses, and assisted attorneys in the courtroom with electronic evidence presentation. She has also conducted due diligence research on jury pools for trial teams.
