Kyle H. Hertel
Kyle Hertel focuses his practice on all aspects of federal income taxation, including entity formation and dissolution, corporate reorganization, partnership and limited liability company issues and issues affecting charitable and other tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to attending law school, Kyle worked as an intern for the accounting firm CBIZ & Mayer Hoffman McCann where he assisted in the preparation of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
