Travis McCallon focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling and litigation, primarily concerning patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, from biotechnology to consumer products. He also represents emerging entrepreneurs in their effort to secure valuable protection for their brands and technologies. Travis has participated in multiple multi-week jury and bench trials involving a range of intellectual property issues, and has served as the lead brief-writer for a number of high-profile cases and appeals.

  • Assisted national client in successful defense of patent infringement proceeding before the International Trade Commission involving rubber clog shoes.
