Tim Hadachek is a seasoned intellectual property litigator who represents clients in complex patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes in federal courts and administrative tribunals nationwide. With a practice spanning consumer products, logistics and transportation, entertainment, sporting goods, manufacturing and technology sectors, Tim brings deep experience in crafting effective IP litigation strategies.

Tim’s patent litigation practice encompasses both utility and design patents, with particular expertise in consumer products litigation. He has successfully represented clients in high-stakes patent infringement actions involving children’s products and other consumer goods. His trademark practice includes both pursuing and defending against infringement claims, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO, and advising clients on brand protection strategies across diverse industries from music to logistics. Tim also counsels clients on copyright matters, particularly in the entertainment industry, and on trade secret claims. Tim maintains an active commercial litigation practice, as well, representing businesses in complex commercial matters, including consumer protection and contract disputes.

Tim has extensive experience managing all phases of complex litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and beyond. He regularly handles critical motions practice, from summary judgment motions and Daubert challenges to post-trial motions. His substantial courtroom experience includes arguing dispositive and discovery motions, conducting witness direct and cross-examinations, and managing the presentation of complex evidence at trial.

During law school, Tim served as an editor of the Kansas Law Review and competed nationally as a member of the Moot Court Council.
